Blastoise WIP

idk after posting so much of my stupidity i thought i'd actually post art here. since you know, that's kinda what this website is for ^-^'
so here's a WIP that i made on adobe illustrator. be aware that i'm really new to the program so if you think it sucks...well bro i didn't even think i could do this tbh lol 
honestly his one pump is really bothering me i need to fix it lol 
but i'll post it anyway i dont care
